• Line dry: It's best to air dry your clothes in a shaded area. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can cause colors to fade.
• Do not tumble dry: Avoid using the dryer, as the heat can damage fibers like nylon and spandex.

Ironing:

• Low temperature ironing: If you need to iron, do so at a low temperature, with the garment turned inside out, and place a cloth between the iron and the garment to protect it.
• Avoid ironing logos or any images: Do not iron directly on images on your garment, as they may melt or peel off.
