Order Processing

All orders are prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days (not including weekends or holidays). If for some reason there is a high volume of orders and we need a little more time, we will notify you by email or phone.

Shipping and Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time:
  • For most products: 3-5 business days for Spain (Peninsula) and Andorra.
  • If the product needs to be imported directly from the manufacturer, delivery could take 2-3 weeks, depending on the origin and destination.

Please note that delays may occasionally occur for reasons beyond our control.

Shipment Tracking

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This number will be activated within 24 hours so you can easily track your package.

Damaged or Lost Orders

At Oolé!! we are always here to help if something does not go as you expected. Although we do everything possible to ensure that products arrive in perfect condition, we know that sometimes problems can occur during shipping. If you receive a damaged product, you are not alone: ​​contact the shipping company and also contact us so that we can assist you in the claim process. We are by your side every step of the way. Please remember to keep the packaging materials and the damaged product to make the process easier.
