Returns and Exchanges Policy
We want you to enjoy your purchase to the fullest, and if something doesn't suit you, we're here to make it easy. Below, we explain how you can manage a return or exchange in a simple and hassle-free way.
Deadline: You have 15 days from when you receive your order to request a return or exchange. No rush, but no delays either!
In Spain and Andorra:
Returns and exchanges are FREE
In the rest of the countries:
Shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded, and the refund will not include the original shipping costs.
How to Request It:
For any return or exchange, it is important that the products are in their original condition, with all labels intact. If these conditions are not met, we will contact you to return the product and cancel the return or refund. In these cases, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Follow these 3 simple steps:

Fill out the form that came with your purchase and send it to devoluciones@oole.es.
If you can't find the form, you can download it from here.

Repackage your products in the original packaging and attach the adhesive shipping label that you found attached to your purchase.
If you can't find the adhesive label, contact us at devoluciones@oole.es and we will send it to you immediately by mail.
If the bag or box is damaged, don't worry, the carrier who made the delivery will provide you with another one free of charge.
- Go to your nearest of the carrier who made the delivery or collection point and drop off the package.
1. Product Exchanges

Size or color exchanges only: We cannot make exchanges for another model, and they are always subject to the availability of the new size and color requested.
If the exchange cannot be satisfied, the product will be refunded.
- The first exchange is FREE: If you need a second exchange, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Once you request the exchange and we receive the products in our warehouses, we will verify that they are in good condition. If everything is correct, we will send the new products.
If they do not comply with our policy, we will send you the same items again without being able to attend to the requested exchange.
2. Returns
Classic refund: You will receive your money within 10-15 business days from when we receive the products in our warehouse.
Once you request a return and we receive the package at our warehouse for verification, we will only refund you the full amount if the material complies with our return policy. If it does not comply, we will return the same items to you.
